Security and Privacy Policy

At Movyocar, we value your trust and strive to make your car rental experience smooth, transparent, and hassle-free. Our return policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for every customer renting a vehicle with us in Dubai. Please read the following guidelines carefully before returning your rented car

1. Standard Return Time

  • All vehicles must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time stated in your rental agreement.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges, calculated on an hourly or daily basis.

2. Vehicle Condition

  • The car must be returned in the same condition it was handed over in, except for normal wear and tear
  • Any damages, scratches, or interior stains not previously documented will be subject to inspection and repair charges.
  • Fuel levels should match the level noted at the start of the rental. Refuelling charges will apply if the tank is returned with less fuel.

3. Early Return

  • If you return the car before the agreed rental period ends, refunds for unused days may not be applicable.
  • However, Movyocar may, at its discretion, provide partial refunds or credits for future bookings.

4. Late Return & Extensions

  • Late returns without prior notice will incur additional fees.
  • If you require extra rental time, please contact our customer service team in advance to extend your booking and avoid penalties.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • If you decide not to use the vehicle after confirmation, standard cancellation terms will apply.
  • No-show reservations may be charged a penalty as per the rental agreement.

6. Security Deposit Refund

  • The security deposit will be refunded after a full inspection of the vehicle, usually within 7–14 working days.
  • Deductions may apply for traffic fines, Salik (toll charges), or damages.

7. Special Notes

  • All returns must be made at the agreed drop-off location (Movyocar office or designated spot). Returning to a different location without approval may result in additional fees.
  • Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings before handing over the vehicle. Movyocar will not be responsible for lost items.
  • Early termination of rental is non-refundable unless approved by Movyocar.
